So one time I went to the grocery store and after I paid for my groceries I stood waiting for the cashier to hand me my receipt. I waited for several minutes, in fact, until he informed me that he had already given me the receipt and I'd put it under the grocery bags in the cart.
Oops.
Luckily the person behind me was a girl from my ward, and she didn't mind.
